Dear All,
Greetings!
Hope all are very fine and keeping healthy always.
As we all know, now the world is in a bad situation because of the pandemic which has almost affected globally. Our master athletes are also affected physically and mentally without any activities to look for. Since there are no activities for the master athletes, AMA has planned a competition for all AMA Affiliates so that we can motivate their master athletes to keep themselves active and to actively participate.
COMPETITION: MASTER’S ACTIVITIES IN VIDEO
COMPETITION RULES
1. This competition is open to all master athletes from AMA Affiliates
2. It is an individual competition.
3. Affiliates have to inform their master athletes to come out with a short video demonstrating any physical activities that they are doing or planning to do to keep themselves fit.
4. Video should be accompanied with audio / written explanation on brief clarification on the activities demonstrated in in the video.
Activities must be pertaining to physical fitness related to athletics.
Master athletes taking part in this video competition, must be a member of the Affiliate.
5. Only one athlete involved in the video demonstration ( as we are not encouraging group activities at the moment , because of social distancing ).
6. Time duration of the video is 2 minutes. (More than 2 minutes will not be considered)
Video should not be more than 20 MB
and the video must be in MP4 format
7. Narration / explanation of the activities can be in languages other than English, provided there is a subtitle in English language .
8. Each Affiliate can choose 2 best videos from your master athletes and send to AMA Secretary through e mail.
9. Videos received will be send to all AMA Council Members for evaluation.
10. AMA Council Members will choose one overall best video and 5 other best videos.
11. Only one best video will be voted from each Affiliate (although each affiliate can send 2 videos). Prizes will be awarded to 6 best winners from 6 different Affiliates
12. Prize:
Overall champion USD 100.00
5 Best video winners USD 50.00 for each winner
Certificates for 6 winners
Certificates for all Affiliates taking part in the competition
for encouraging their master athletes to participate.
13. Closing date for competition: 20th June 2020
14. Results will be announced end of July 2020.
15. All videos must be endorsed and sent by the Affiliates.
We hope more master athletes will be encouraged by our AMA Affiliates to participate in this competition. It is very important that our master athletes are always involved in activities to keep themselves fit and healthy.
